The assignment
One of the issues that the cacao farmers in Ghana have been that the cacao beans are getting sunburned, because the sun is too hot. Agro eco works together with these farmers and wants to offer a solution.
We want to help with this. We are going to make an example for a cacao farm, with different types of crops and animals. First, we are going to do research on which crops, and farm animals would work best together on a farm in Ghana. Then we are going to deliver a recommendation for what we think is going to be the best plants and animals that they could use on the farm, to improve the farm. And we will be making a model of this solution.
2nd
Planning
The second thing we do is make a planning. Because now we know what we are going to do and we know the timetable. We look at the days we can and can't work and estimate how long each deliverables is going to take. We also discuss who is going to work on each deliverable. All these things we neatly display in one document and put this at the end of the project of action.
